PAYMENT - I prefer using PayPal , as on the Shopping Cart page, but if you don’t have an account with them, there is the option to pay by direct bank transfer. I can invoice you and when payment is received, I will then send the artwork on. Do contact me if need be.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Each painting comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

I aim to ship within 3-4 days of receiving payment. I will email you at point of shipping to let you know that it is on its way.

The painting will be wrapped in several layers -lots to unwrap, but I like to protect the painting during transit as much as possible!
I use some recycled materials whenever I can.

I always send my paintings by TRACKED COURIER for extra security.

RETURNS -
FROM UK ONLY - if you find that the painting is not suitable, I will accept a return of the artwork within 10days.
A refund will be issued as long as the painting is returned in the same shipping materials, and is undamaged.
The Return Shipping Cost is paid by you, the Customer.

Unfortunately I cannot accept returns from anywhere other than the UK for various reasons.
